Relaxation Therapy

Would you love to have time to relax?

Well you can......This is an hour of relaxation, time just for you, for you to stretch, relax and release. The session starts with some gentle movement, to release some of the tension from the body. It is followed by the Progressive Relaxation technique and a Guided Meditation. Singing bowls are used at the end of the meditation to assist with sound healing before you come back to the world feeling refreshed, relaxed and restored. 

60 minutes £40 or 2 people sharing £20 per person.
